We're feeling hot, hot, hot! And it isn't just the weather. Check out this article from SFGate.com. This is consistent with what we're seeing in Marin and the City. 2012 has been the year of low inventory, which is making it feel like the year of real recovery in the real estate market. Whether this upswing continues when inventory increases to meet demand remains to be seen. But for now, it smells suspiciously like 2006 around here. (Whether or not that's a good thing is a topic for another post.)
